Went to see the Church Basement Roadshow tonight in Oakland. It was the most creative approach to a book tour I have ever seen - and the characters they created become so real you forget they are characters. When we walked in Becky didn't even recognize Tony as he was in full garb and acting the part out even when he was in the lobby. If you are interested in hearing what Tony, Doug and Mark are thinking and theologizing about and some of their personal stories and some of what they have written about in their most recent books - I would for sure make my way to see the Roadshow experience.
